As long as the roadmap is owned by the organization itself, at least, the mistakes, which undoubtedly will be made, will be real lessons, not externally imposed. First among the challenges is to avoid transforming only to discover that you are yet again locked into solutions that you cannot fully make use of. Special Guest: Scott Phillips.
