As the President and Founder of Lean Frontiers, he has held numerous summits and authored several books, allowing him to spread his knowledge of and passion for lean manufacturing. A Purdue University and Milwaukee School of Engineering graduate, Jim also credits his career beginnings at Aisin Seiki, a Toyota Group company, in shaping his expertise in lean strategies and methods.
