Jeff Kramer currently leads Kason’s Technology team and Digital Factory transformation program. In this role he is a core member of the Senior Leadership Team defining the strategies for success in Kason’s market, providing the vision and enablement for the digital strategy, and enabling the technology team to delivery increasing levels of value to the business. With industry experience spanning manufacturing, retail, ecommerce, utilities, finance, healthcare, telecom and SaaS, Jeff has over 38 years of experience leveraging technology, automation, and data to enable new business models; deliver new products and services; control cost; increase revenue; and advance risk management to achieve a competitive advantage.

In his role at Kason, Jeff engages and unites leaders across the enterprise to create digital strategies that support business objectives and transform operations. His specialty is helping organizations extract greater value from the data they collect. Working closely with internal teams, Jeff helps organizations raise their digital maturity level, advance data management and insight practices, build program awareness and drive adoption. He also leverages his extensive data security and compliance experience to provide solutions that simplify data security and compliance with industry, vendor management and global regulatory requirements.
